Refund and Cancellation Policy — Kloud Consulting Services
1. Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases of software licenses, subscriptions, and IT consulting services made through Kloud Consulting Services. By engaging our services or purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.
2. Software License Sales
- All software license purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in the respective software publisher’s policy.
- Please review all license terms and product details before purchase. Once a license key or activation code is delivered, no cancellation or refund is possible unless the software provider explicitly allows it.
- Any refund for software licenses, if permitted, will be processed only after approval from the software publisher and may be subject to processing fees.
3. IT Consulting Services
- Consulting or project service fees paid in advance may be eligible for cancellation and refund if the request is received before the commencement of service delivery.
- Once services have started, fees are non-refundable for completed milestones, partial work, or work already delivered.
- For retainer-based or ongoing subscriptions, cancellations must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle.
4. Cancellation Procedure

- All requests are subject to review and you will be notified regarding the eligibility and status of your request as per our policies and agreements with software vendors.
- If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 30 working days, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
5. Exceptions
- No refunds or cancellations are allowed for digital products once delivery or activation has occurred, unless mandated by the applicable software provider or Indian law.
- Promotional or discounted orders are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
- Any transaction fees or bank charges are non-refundable and borne by the customer.
6. Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
